1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Loock Legacy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Loock Legacy LLC provides custom website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services for small businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting and domain management
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Monthly website maintenance and updates
• Technical support via email

3. Pricing & Billing

Our custom website build is offered at a flat rate of $300, due as agreed in the project scope. This fee covers the complete design, development, and launch of your website. Updates, changes, and ongoing maintenance after launch are not included in the flat rate and are billed separately based on the scope of work required.

A deposit of 50% of the flat rate is required before work commences, with the remainder due upon project completion and launch. For update requests after launch, a quote will be provided based on the nature of the work before any charges are applied.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

4. Updates & Maintenance

Following the launch of your website, any updates, content changes, or maintenance work are billed on a per-request basis. The cost of each update is determined by the scope and complexity of the work involved. We will provide a quote for your approval before beginning any billable update work.

There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. You only pay for updates when you request them.

5. Project Scope & Ownership

A project scope will be agreed upon in writing prior to work beginning. The $300 flat rate covers the agreed scope; any additions or changes to the original scope may incur additional charges. Full ownership of the delivered website files transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete business information
• Supplying any content, images, or materials needed for your website in a timely manner
• Ensuring all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Keeping your payment information current and up to date
• Notifying us of any changes to your business that may affect your website

7. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of all deliverables, including the website design and code, transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.

All content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property. You grant Loock Legacy LLC a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.

8. Limitation of Liability

Loock Legacy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results from your website. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure your website is available and functional, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
